Built for high loads – Built using strong, yet compact aluminium beam sections, HDCS can transfer loads of up to 28kN.
Design flexibility – HDCS can be used as a standalone X-axis or as a Z-axis with either the beam, or carriage as the moving element. Optional bellows cover available to provide a high level of protection from dirt and debris. Grippers and tooling can be easily attached to the end plate.
Offers high accuracy and repeatability for heavy loads – Incorporating a zero-backlash ballscrew, HDCS provides high positional accuracy and repeatability; perfect for high load applications requiring consistent results.
Higher force capability – Thanks to the ball screw drive, HDCS is ideal for applications requiring higher linear force and rigidity.
